By accessing and using Wedding Biodata (weddingbiodata.in), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (generated PDF biodata) on Wedding Biodata's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data (names, dates, photos) you enter into the biodata form. We are not responsible for any errors or incorrect information presented in the final PDF.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Wedding Biodata's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the outcome of using this biodata for matrimonial purposes.

5. Payment & Refunds

Currently, parts of this service may be demonstrated as a simulation (Demo). If a real payment gateway is integrated in the future, refunds will be governed by our specific Refund Policy. For this demo version, no real money is deducted.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Wedding Biodata be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site.
